Food presentation appealing but food was very bland and lacked flavor. Chef needs some more training cooking for an upscale restaurant. Nice decor and view. Waitress was average. It bothered us that she constantly had her hands in her hair, putting it up and down and up and down and one questions if she washed her hands each time after doing so. I did find one hair in the appetizer. 😳
